Terrace of 4 houses. One lintel reads "WJR1862". For dye
works company. Stucco with pebble-dash and slate roof. 2
storeys, 6 bays. Pebble-dash 1st floor with stucco strips to
angles; wide eaves and verges. Windows have chamfered
reveals and label moulds, those to 1st floor continuous. 3-
light horizontally sliding sashes.Entrances have label
moulds. Nos. 5 and 8 have casements to windows and entrances
to returns. Cross-axial stacks. An interesting example of
early workers' housing.
