Stables approx. 30m. N of The Old Vicarage

Stables, now stables and garage. Probably mid C18. Squared coursed lias, brick
and cob with slate roof. Originally probably a range of 4 stables with haylofts
over. Elevation to road has 2 bays to left of rendered cob with brick plinth and
central plank door with hayloft door to right. C19 roof. 2 bays to right are
squared coursed lias with 2 hayloft doors. Steeply pitched roof. Gable to right
has cob base with brick gable. Elevation to yard similar with 3 stable doors
under wood lintels. Included as an example of cob construction.
