l825 circa. 2 storeys and attic. 3 window bays. Symmetrical elevation. Slate
gabled roof. 1 centre box dormer. Arcaded eaves cornice. Colourwashed rendered
front. Sash windows with glazing bars, centre 1st floor window narrower by 2
panes. Doorway with moulded architrave and angle roundels and cornice; ½-glazed
door; door behind of 6 panels with top 2 cut away and glazed.
Front boundary wall is stuccoed. Gate piers in centre with peaked capping. Piers
at either end with incised line decoration of probably contemporary date to house;
plain capping. Gate with 2 rails and with semi-circular rail rising as far as
lower rail; very narrow uprights with spear-headed finials. Return boundary
wall at right hand end; higher with same stone rubble capping.
