Late C17, C18. A plain front of 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows, with an old tiled
roof, red brick walling in Flemish bond. 1st floor sashes in exposed frames,
modern ground-floor windows and a plain doorway. The main feature is the north
gable, a late C17 symmetrical facade with crude classical detailed cut brickwork.
Within the gable a framework of pilasters and a pediment with a small relief above
a hood-mould and a (later, wider) single casement window. The eaves level is
a continuous entablature with cut brick mouldings with side pilasters having
Ionic heads. The 2 windows to each floor have hood-moulds, moulded side pieces
and a banded cill.
