Late C18. Handed pair of cottages. Hammer dressed stone (No 17 rendered). Pitched stone slate roof (recently turned). Two storeys. South elevation: Ground floor: each dwelling has one entrance with stone surrounds; one three-light stone mullioned window to each dwelling. First floor: one three-light stone mullioned window to each dwelling (deeply recessed). South West gable: upper floor rebuilt. To ground floor one two-light stone mullioned window (deeply recessed). Lean-to extension, random rubble, felted roof. North West elevation has coursed rubble lean-to extension, single storey, stone slate roof. North East gable has one two-light stone mullioned window and one single light to first floor.
