Gatepiers and Flanking Walls, 25 yards to north-east of St. Catherine's Court

Gatepiers and flanking walls. Early - mid C19 for the Strutt family of St.
Catherine's Court (q.v.). Ashlar piers in a C17 style: Ionic pilasters, fluted
at the base with a diamond motif and arms above; diamond motif to frieze;
dentilled cornice. Flanking walls are ashlar to the upper part and coursed
rubble to the lower part, and terminate in piers with ball finials.
