Detached late Georgian brick house set at right angles away from the road. 2 storeys.
Slate roof with cresting. Brickwork partly disturbed. 4 windows, sashes with
glazing bars. Large window to left on ground floor with architrave surround and
cornice. Tuscan doorcase with open pediment and traceried fanlight. 1/2 glazed door.

All the listed buildings on south side of Middle Street form a good group with
Nos 15 Canon Street.
