C18. Red brick with some grey headers, brick eaves cornice. Old tiled, hipped
roof. 2 storeys. 3 windows, centre lst floor now blank with roughcast rendering
Sashes with boxed frames and late C19 glazing. Centre door with plain stucco architrave,
now with glazed panel set over modern door.
The Hard, Bay Tree Cottages (Nos 1 and 2) Victory Cottages (Nos 1 to 6 (consec)
and the building adjacent to No 1, form a group.
