Late C18. Formerly two houses and barn. Rendered. Pitched stone slate roof (re-roofed), coped gable to east. Large ball and stalk finial to west. Moulded footstones. Two storeys.

Cottages: south west elevation: ground floor; two eight-light stone mullioned windows with central king mullion. First floor; two eight-light stone mullioned windows with central king mullion.

Former barn: ground floor; large central doorway with segmental arched head (part blocked to form small doorway and two single lights). One two-light stone mullioned window to each side of doorway. First floor; two two-light stone mullioned windows and one single light. East gable: one three-light stone mullioned window to first floor.
