Appears to be mostly a late C17 brick structure, perhaps originally a mill. Much
altered. The building is L-shaped with gabled wing coming forward on left. 2
storeys with attic in gable. Roughcast and whitewashed. Pantile roof, bargeboards.
3 light casements to right, some glazing bars and diamond leading. Variety of
diamond leaded casements to left. Oval window and 6-panel door in angle. Gable
end overlooking river has a cob base with timber framing jettied above. Gr

No 3 forms a group with Ivor House.
