Earlier/mid C19. Adjoins Maison Dieu on south side. Red brick with slate roof.
3 storeys. 3 windows with stuccoed lintels. Ground floor has 2 angular bays, with
glazing bars missing, flanking centre door, with wide cornice overall. Doorcase
in stucco with hood on heavily moulded brackets and with glazed rectangular fanlight.
Sashes with glazing bars but 1 top floor window has altered glazing and centre top
floor blank. 2 shops on ground floor.

All the listed buildings in Burton Street form a group of which Nos 24 to 36 (even)
are of local interest.
