Late C18/early Cl9. Slightly advanced red brick facade. Old slate roof with end
chimney. 3 storeys. 1 window, sashes with moulded boxed frames with cambered
head linings and glazing bars except for ground floor which has a 3 light sash
with late C19 glazing.

Nos 1 to 21 (odd) Nos 25 and 27 form a group with Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Leicester
Yard and with the entrance gates and bandstand in New Park, The Golden Fleece Public
House and Nos 36A and 38 opposite. (Nos 21, 25, The Golden Fleece Public House
and Nos 36A and 38 are buildings of local interest).
