Farmhouse, latterly two cottages, now house. Mid to late C17 with later additions and alterations. Timber framed with rendered infill and plinth; slate roof. Original plan apparently of three framed bays with contemporary full-height gabled range at right-angles to rear. Two storeys.

Framing: much renewed and partly concealed by cement render in imitation of timber frame, especially to gable ends; front has three square panels from cill to wall-plate; collar and tie beam truss to left gable end. Three window front, late C20 casements directly below eaves and to left and right of roughly central C20 plank door under contemporary gabled hood. Internal red brick end stack to left.
