House, C17, extended and divided into cottages mid C19. Rubble with ashlar mains
and dressings and plain tile roof; 3 ridge chimneys (C20). 3 storeys, 3 windows,
no doorway to road. The 2 right-hand windows on ground and 1st floors are 2 & 3
light mullioned casements with dripmoulds, the rest are mid C19 casements. Single
storey extension to southwest. Doors to rear. Apricot Cottage has newel stair with
blocked skylight to southwest.
