House. C17, modified. Local stone rubble, plain clay tile roof over stone slate base courses, simple gables; brick chimney stacks. 'T'-plan. Two storeys, four bays irregular fenestration to front, with C20 steel windows under concrete lintels, with C20 door in plain opening to bay three. To rear elevation several two and three light reserve chamfer mullioned windows.
