Cottage. Date stone: W R S 1734. Painted brick, plain tile roof. Two-room front with extended end stacks. One and a half storeys, band over ground floor, toothed brick eaves. Two windows, casements flanking central entrance, both with cambered heads; two gabled eaves dormers. Partial timber framing (vertical panels) visible to rear.
