Circa 1840. Stucco. 2 storey, 2 window front, ground floor windows in recesses
with segmental heads. Small 1st floor balconies. 3 window front to Wonford Road
has Tuscan porch. All windows are sashes with glazing bars. Hipped slate roof
with one modern dormer.
