House, now office. Mid C19, altered. Rendered with gable
stacks and Welsh slate double-pile roof. Double-depth plan.
3 storeys; 3-window range. Ground-floor impost band,
second-floor band, eaves cornice, with central bay set
forward. Steps up to a round-arched doorway with 6-panel door
and fanlight, panelled reveals and reeded architrave, and
flanking pilasters with triglyphs to capitals and cornice.
Flanking round-arched windows have C20 glazing, round-arched
recesses, and archivolts. First-floor 6/6-pane sashes and C20
glazing to centre, second-floor 3/6-pane sashes flank central
oculus with architrave. C20 rear extension not of special
interest: 3 windows to each upper floor, C20 glazing, slightly
offset to left, the right end having a small oculus.
INTERIOR contains reeded architraves with roundels in
spandrels; moulded cornices; hall arch, and a dogleg stair
with wave-moulded treads, stick balusters and handrail with
spiral curtail on columnar newel.
