1/101 The Old Farmhouse and Farm Cottage

Marked on O.S. as Nocketts Hill Farm.
Farmhouse, earlier C19 possibly on earlier core, rubble stone with
stone slate roof and end stacks. Two storeys, originally two
houses. Main range has 12-pane sashes each side with centre stone
quatrefoil plaque over door in flush surround with hood on
brackets. To left, similar doorcase without hood and one-window
range of 12-pane sashes. Flush quoins. Attic cyma-moulded
single lights in end walls. Rear wing, Farm Cottage, is 1½
storeys with 2-light flush cyma-moulded mullion windows.
