House. C16 central chimney house of3 bays, refronted in early C19. Timberframed, refronted in
flemish bond brickwork, now painted, with tiled roof Two storeys; 3 windows. Early C19 9-pane
sashes to first floor, one similar and one 12-pane to ground floor. Platband and plinth. C20 built
out shopfront on ground floor not of special interest. Interior has open fireplace with wooden
bressumer and sandstone hearth, chamfered ceiling beams with lamb's tongue stops, early C19
staircase with stick balusters and two panelled doors.
