Early C19. 2 storeys red brick with hipped slate roof. 1 sash with glazing
bars intact, cambered on the side elevation. Round-headed doorcase. Portion
of 2 storeys painted brick with pantiled roof. The lst floor has a continuous
window with pivoting easements. Ground floor has restored windows.

No 13, Industrial building to south east of No 13, Nos 14 & 15 form a group.
