Rainwater heads dated 1775. 3 storeys stuccoed except for No 28, which is
painted brick, End quoins. Tiled roof with 3 dormers, 2 of them hipped.
Wooden bracket cornice. 6 sashes with verticals only. Nos 27 and 29 have
keystones. No 27 has a modern shopfront. Nos 28 and 29 have late C19 shopfronts
with panelled risers. No 29 has 2 round-headed sashes at rear.
Nos 27 to 36 (consec) and Church of St Margaret form a group.
