Includes nos. 11 to 15 (odd) King Street. Large, late C18 building of three storeys,
11 windows, arranged 3:5:3. Pediment over three central bays. Red brick with
roof of stone slates. Stone moulded and modillioned eaves and pediment cornices.
In pediment an oval sunk panel in an architrave, first-floor cill band, Gauged
brick flat arches and stone cills to sash windows, a few retaining glazing
bars. Centre windows in a tall, round-arched recess; second-floor window in architrave
with ears and feet; first floor tripartite in classical frame with central pediment
Three 6-panel doors with oblong fanlights, the central one in an eared architrave
with frieze and cornice over, the outer ones having narrow pilasters, scrolled
bracketed dentil cornices and pediments.
