Circa 1820. Originally coach and stable buildings forming part of Colquhoun
House. Painted brick. 2 storeys with 1-storey wing at side containing panelled
doorway with fanlight over in arched and moulded frame.
Ground Floor. Venetian window with bars. (Restored shop front).
First Floor. Projecting oriel bay window with plastered cove, casement windows
with square panes and moulded architrave above with leaded roof. (Yard at side
with 2-storey coach house adjoining of painted brick with Welsh slate roof).
(Colquhoun House, Longford and the Green Tea Rooms originally formed one house).

Quaintways Tea Rooms, The Cottage, Colquhoun House and Longford form a group
with Kirkwood Garden Shop and La Petite Hair Salon.
