C17 or earlier timber framed house, now as 2 dwellings. Main elevation of 2
storeys 3 windows, very wide. High pitched tiled roof, returned gable at left.
Compound ridge stack. Tile hung 1st floor with red brick dressings. C19 casements,
those on ground floor under brick hoodmoulds. Modern right extensions to Dry
Hill Cottage. Inside much exposed timber framing.
