Barn to south west of Paul's Farm House

Barn. Late C17 or early C18 5-bay barn at north end with later 3 bay south
extension. Timber framed and weatherboarded above a partly brick and partly stone
plinth. Half hipped tile roof with hipped porch to west centre entry of northern
5 bays; full height boarded doors opposite. 2nd or south thrashing floor of brick.
Staggered butt purlin and fully framed roof with pegged rafters, queen strut truss
in north 5 bays. Later left at north end. North west outshut with chamfered posts
in west external wall which was possibly once open-sided.
