GV II

Cottage. c1830, with C20 alterations. Rendered brick with yellow brick and ashlar dressings. Slate roof with overhanging eaves and terracotta ridge tiles, two pairs of octagonal yellow brick gable stacks. 2 storey. South-west, street front has central gabled ashlar door surround with chamfered 4-centred arch and panel door. Either side single 2-1ight chamfered mullion windows with ashlar hood moulds and octagonal lattice casements. Above two similar windows.
