Early C18 house converted to 2 shops with accommodation above
in C19. Converted to one shop C20. Colourwashed brick.
Plain-tile and pantile roofs. Plan is of 2 parallel ranges. 2
storeys and dormer attic. 4-window range. Plate-glass shop
front of c1860 with 2 recessed entrances. Modillion cornice.
Wrought and cast-iron balcony railings above. First floor lit
through four 6/6 unhorned sashes in flush frames and under
gauged skewback arches. Moulded platband under eaves. Gabled
roof with 2 flat-topped dormers with 3/3 unhorned sashes.
Internal gable-end stack to north. In Row 119 to south is an
unused door. Parallel range to rear is gabled and has
pantiles. Rear with a full-height C19 gabled wing.
INTERIOR: ground floor opened out into single sales area.
First floor not inspected.
