Villa. Mid to later C19. Sandstone ashlar, hipped slate roof.
double-depth double-fronted plan. 2 storeys and 3 windows,
symmetrical, with rusticated quoins, 1st-floor band and
moulded eaves cornice; a central round-headed doorway with
half-glazed door and pilastered portico with balustraded
parapet, flanked by canted bay windows with similar
balustraded parapets; and recessed sashed windows at 1st
floor. 3-window left return wall including a round-headed
stair-window with glazing bars. INTERIOR not inspected.
