House. Early C19. Brick, rough cast, with hipped slate roof.
Rendered plinth. 2 roof and single rear wall stacks. 2 storeys,
3 bays. Square plan. Windows are mainly glazing bar sashes.
Front has central-porch with square piers, cornice and parapet.
Flanked by single sashes. Above, 3 sashes. South-west side has
off-centre canted 2 storey bay window with hipped roof, and
setback bay to right. Bay window has C20 French window flanked
by single plain sashes. Beyond, single tall sashes. Above, 5
sashes. Rear has sash to left and casement to right. Above, 2
sashes. North east side has to left, Yorkshire sash flanked by
C20 casement and barred casement. To right, 2 sashes. Above, a
casement and a sash. Return angle has Yorkshire sash and door.
Above, 2 sashes. Off-centre recessed bay contains timber-cased
lead pump with stone trough. Interior is said to contain moulded
cornices.
