Combined garden cottage and billiard room. Built c1800 by Humphry Repton. 1
storey brick building with diaper pattern of red brick with blue headers.
Hipped tiled roof with 3 courses of curved tiles to 2 of plain. Plan is
rectangular with cut off corners. Dogtooth eaves cornice. Front has cambered
doorcase with plank door and decorative iron hinges and porch with curved
bargeboards with pendant and finial and chamfered wooden piers. Bay window
with 4 wooden lights to right of this. The rear elevation has 3-light canted
bay with unusual ogee arched wooden supports. The remaining side has 2
chamfered arches. Angled queen strut roof.
