Probably circa 1800 or earlier, but much modified. 2 storeys and attics. Stuccoed.
M-form roof, with slates, coping to gables and parapet to street on south, over
narrow frontage. One sash window with glazing bars. Longer front to Buckingham
Road on the east. 4 sash windows with glazing bars (but the 2 left ones blind).
4 casement windows in attic. 2-storey extension to north. Ground floor corner
remodelled in the Victorian period. 6 pilasters, fluted in upper sections, paired
at ends and to bevelled corner doorway.
