Late C18 red brick house with Welsh slated roof behind parapet Basement and
3 storeys, cornice. 4 sash windows with glazing bars under cutter flat arches.
Doorway left of centre has attached Doric columns supporting entablatures and
cornice hood. 6 panelled door and fanlight with radiating glazing bars in panelled
reveal.

Piccott's End Mill House and Mill form a group.
