C16 or early C17. Marked on 1648 map as Punchin End. Remodelled 1864 (date
on chimneystack) from 3 timber framed cottages. Stucco faced in Tudor style
with 4 gables, 2 foliated roundels, mullioned casement windows, moulded terracotta
chimney pots Some windows have transoms, chamfered rusticated surrounds. Welsh
slated roof. Ornate wooden gabled porch Interior retains some early exposed
ceiling beams.
