House. Probably late C18/early C19. Ground floor brick; first floor tile-
hung with bands of scalloped tiles; peg-tile roof; brick stacks.

Plan: The house faces east and is slightly set back from the road. 2-rooms
wide with a central entrance, the rooms heated from end stacks. Rear service
outshut probably integral.

Exterior: 2 storeys. Roof gabled at ends; projecting end stacks. Symmetrical
3-window front with a C20 front door and a gabled porch on posts. C20
casements with leaded panes.

Interior: Not inspected.

Included for group value with other small-scale roadside listed houses in the
hamlet of Mile Oak.
