Pair of houses, c1840, ironstone with ashlar dressings, stone slate
roof, coped gables, end wall stacks and one ridge stack. Two
storeys. Jeroans is regular 3-window range with 16-pane sashes
each side, 12-pane sash to centre over 6-panel door with hood on
brackets. Upper Cottage, to right, has similar door with hood and
one-window range of 16-pane sashes. North end wall is brick.
Brick parallel rear range.
