Houses, now club and offices. C18. Stucco; C20 pantiles;
reduced brick ridge stack. 3 storeys and cellar; 7-window
range: 5 late C19 plain sashes in moulded cases under storey
band, and in recessed bay to right, 6/6 sashes, with 3/6
sashes over; three C20 box-dormers. To right, 6-panel door and
plain overlight, in panelled reveals, in stucco doorcase with
moulded wood flat hood and architrave; C20 panelled double
doors with cambered heads, under deep arched flat hood; to
left, 5 late C19 plain sashes, some in moulded cases.
