Two terraced houses, now offices, with gate piers and boundary walls. 1834-39 with late C19 and C20 alterations. Red brick, slate roof. Three storeys and basement. Both houses two windows wide with entrance left; each has a panelled door with fanlight in a stone architrave with keystone, No. 5 with C20 stone porch and bay window to right. No. 6 has a stuccoed Victorian bay rising from the basement; first and second floors: flat brick arches, stone sills, four-pane sashes. Ridge stack to right of each property.

INTERIOR: not inspected.

SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: gate piers of stone, approx 2m high, corniced, shallow pyramid capstones. Forecourt walls on front and north sides: low, brick, rendered and rebuilt, stone copings.
