Lodging house, now house. c1800, altered c1860. Dressed stone with ashlar dressings and slate roofs with coped gables and kneelers. 2 gable stacks. 3 storey. Street front has symmetrical 3 window facade. Central doorway with 4-panel door and boarded fanlight in round headed ashlar surround with moulded keystone plain pilaster jambs. Above single 4-pane sash. Either side single 2 storey canted bay windows with flat leaded roofs. Above three 4-pane sashes. This building originally served as the lodging house to the Cold Bath to the rear.
