A C16 timber-framed house, much altered in the C18 and later, but preserving
the overhang of its 1st and 2nd floors on carved brackets. 3 storeys. Ground
and 2nd floors red brick, 1st floor tile-hung. 2 half-hipped gables with
casement windows. Other windows are sashes with glazing bars intact. 2 small
bay windows on the 1st floor resting on carved brackets, replacing earlier
oriel windows. 2 larger bay windows with wooden shutters on the ground floor.
C16 door of 16 panels with early C19 rectangular fanlight added between the
brackets of the overhanging 1st floor and containing ogee-shaped divisions.
