Forge House C15 or early C16 house, probably a hall. 2 storeys, 2 windows.
Very large hipped tiled roof brought forward to form lean-to at left. Ridge
stack. Early C19 tile hung 1st floor. Red brick ground floor with blue headers.
C19 1-bar casements with 4-panel door. Forge Cottage is a set-back 2-storey,
1-window right extension which has massive offset end chimney with stone base,
red brick dressings and shafts.
