Circa 1830 large block of 4 storeys and basement, painted stucco with moulded sill
courses, the centre part rusticated on ground floor, parapet coping, 11 window
front with 2 windows to left and 3 windows to right in projections, recessed sashes
some glazing bars intact, in moulded eared architrave surrounds with keyblocks.
Central porch, now glazed, of 4 modified Corinthian columns, piers at corners,
entablature with dentil cornice. Victorian area railings,
