C18. 3 storeys. The 2nd storey is colourwashed, the lst floor is stock brick.
Hipped tiled roof with moulded modillion cornice. 2 sashes with glazing bars
intact. Later shop front. Rear elevation is tile hung. Grade II for group
value.

Nos l2, 13, 13A and the Church of St Peter form a group.
