Cottages. C17 to left, C18 to right. Timber framed with galleted sandstone block cladding on the ground floor to left, tile hung above, brick to right. Plain tiled roof, hipped to right. Two storeys and attics to left in gable with rear stacks to left and right.

Roker (to the left) - Jettied on the first floor with two jettied gables above. Two three-light casement windows on the first floor. Two casement windows on the ground floor. Door to right.

Fern Cottage (to the right) - two windows with shutters on the first floor, three leaded casement windows on the ground floor. Stable style door to right in single storey bay to end. Frame exposed with brick infilling on the left hand return front.
