Half of long-house, now stables and barn. Late. C17; barely-legible date ? 1677 and initials JC above door. C18 alterations. Coursed sandstone rubble with boulder plinth, some quoins and ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof. One storey, five bays. Two-panel door at left in moulded lugged surround under pulvinated frieze and cornice; faint inscription on architrave. Four-pane fixed light under rough stone lintel to right of door; right part has boarded door, flanking four-pane lights in plain stone surrounds and small slit vent at right end; six-pane light over door.

Interior: loft floor inserted; swept roof trusses have two pegged collars and two levels of purlins. Left, house, part so seriously altered as not to be of special interest.
