Farmhouse, now house. C17 and mid C19. Regular coursed limestone with ashlar
dressings and slate and pantile roof. L-shape plan. 2 storeys. Plain front of
3-window range of sashes under shallow stone arches. Central part-glazed door
has similar ashlar surround and is flanked by C19 canted stone bay windows.
Hipped roof with yellow brick stacks at eaves. Wing to rear is probably C17 with
2 and 3-light stone mullion windows and ashlar gable parapets. Single storey
wing attached to rear has small single-light arch head opening with moulded
stone surround in gable end. Interior not inspected but noted as having a mid
C19 staircase with chamfered stick balustrade.
