weatherboarding on the front elevation, the returns underbuilt in brick to
first floor level and weatherboarded (left return) or tile-hung (right return)
above; peg-tile roof; brick stacks.

Plan: The house faces approximately east. It was formerly 2 cottages
(information from owner). 2 rooms wide with a slightly off-centre entrance
(formerly paired front doors in the centre) and front rooms heated from end
stacks. Rear outshut probably integral, rear right outshut raised to a gable-
ended wing at right angles in the C20.

Exterior: 2 storeys. Slightly asymmetrical 2-window front under a mansard
roof, left end stack projects with tile-hung set-offs. Probably C19 plank
stable door to right of centre with a flat porch hood on brackets. 2 first

Ground floor window left C19 3-light casement, 4-panes per light, right hand
window 2-light casement, 9-panes per light.

Interior: Partially inspected. Exposed carpentry of slender scantling to

rises from the front left room within the outshut.

Roof: Original timbers said to survive.
