An early C19 brick building painted. 2 storeys. The upper storey has 5 window
range on Upper Orwell Street, a quadrant corner with a 3-light window with narrow
side lights and 2 window range on Eagle street. The windows are double-hung sashes
with glazing bars, in stucco architraves. The ground storey has C20 shops. Roof
C20 tiles, with an original modillion wood eaves cornice.
