House. C16 to rear with C19 parallel range across the front. Rear: timber framed
with brick infill, plain tiled roof, centre ridge stack; front: brick with plain
tiled roof and end stacks. 2 storeys; front with dentilled eaves, casement
windows, 3 across the first floor, bow windows under tile roofs to outer ground
floor bays. Central brick plaque with date "1857". Board and part glazed door
in left hand return front.

Interior: Timber frame visible, the old exterior walls preserved. Stop
chamfered ceiling joists; deep brick fireplace with wooden lintel and bread
oven to rear.
