Early-mid C19 villa of 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Stock brick with angle
pilasters: stuccoed basement. Fairly low pitched hipped slate roof with eaves
soffit, Moulded architraves to sash windows with glazing bars. 4-panel door,
with rectangular fanlight, in entablature surround with pediment.

Nos 204 to 212 (even) form a group.
